BEFORE CARE

Do not tweeze, wax, thread, tint or perform electrolysis or laser one week before the procedure (for brows)
Do not have any type of facial 2 weeks prior to the procedure
Do not work out on the day of the procedure
Do not tan two weeks prior or have a sunburned face
Do not have Botox 3-4 weeks prior to the procedure (around the forehead for Ombre Brows)
Do not have Lip filler 4 weeks prior to the procedure (for lip blush)
Do not use skin thinners (Vitamin A, glycolic acids, exfoliation) on the face for 2 weeks prior to the procedure

In order to avoid excessive bleeding and poor colour deposit:

Do not consume alcohol 48 hours prior to the procedure
Do not consume coffee the day of the procedure
Do not take Aspirin or Ibuprofen for pain relief (these are blood thinners) 48-72 hours prior to the procedure. Tylenol or Acetaminophen are okay
Do not take Vitamin E or Fish Oil one week prior to the procedure (they are natural blood thinners)

No Facials, Botox, chemical treatments or microdermabrasions for 4 weeks
No lip filler for at least 2 weeks after lip blush
Avoid the use skin thinners (Vitamin A, glycolic acids, exfoliation) on the face for 6 weeks following the procedure
Avoid hot sweaty exercise for one week
Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 4 weeks. Wear a hat when outdoors
Avoid sleeping on your face for 10 days
Avoid swimming, lakes and hot tubs for 10 days
Avoid face creams, make up and sunscreen on the area for 10 days
